Loch Lomond

Your Private Day Tour takes in the stunning Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, with a Door to Door service using a luxury Mercedes Benz Mini Van & local chauffeur with years of Scottish experience. Remember its Your Tour, Your Way.

  • As your tour leaves Edinburgh you head west along the south of the Firth of Forth towards Stirling and the gateway to the Highlands. Passing The Kelpies you then travel past Stirling with views of the famous Castle and The National Wallace Monument.

  • The First stop of the tour is the Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre in Balloch, with a range of Scottish Birds of prey to see including a Golden Eagle. Another experience available is the Loch Lomond Sea Life Aquarium, with the largest selection of Sharks in Scotland.

  • You leave Balloch and make your way up the east coast of Loch Lomond, travelling past the famous Loch Lomond Golf Club. As your continue north the mountain Ben Lomond starts to come into view, towering over the west coast of Loch Lomond and making for a stunning photo of the loch.

  • The next stop is the falls of Falloch, located just a few miles before Crianlarich. Set in a peaceful glen it makes for a great photo and break. Your journey continues through the village of Crianlarich located on the West Highland Way, with Ben More over looking it.

  • The next stop is at the Falls of Dochart at Killin, located at the western end of Loch Tay. The Falls cascade over the rocks around the island of Inchbuie, which is the ancient burial place of the MacNab clan and a great place for a photo.

  • Travelling south through the east of The Trossachs, you stop at Loch Lubnaig for a break and photos before setting off for Callander the eastern gateway to the highlands. Spend time walking around the town visiting the small shops and sampling local produce and pick up a souvenir for your trip.

  • On leaving Callander you could stop at Doune Castle, recently used in the Outlander TV Show or head towards Deanston Distillery for a dram or two of our famous Whisky.

Now it is time to start your journey back towards Edinburgh, passing Stirling and the Kelpies on the home leg back into Edinburgh.
